Move your services from the old panel

Your servers keep running the whole time. Nothing is rebuilt, nothing restarts, and you keep the price you pay today. What changes is where you sign in, see your bills and pay.

The steps

1. Sign in at portal.darkless.cloud, or create an account, with your old panel's email address.
2. Open Move and press Move my services.
3. Wait while we match each service to its machine. It usually takes a few minutes, and a person does any that can't be matched automatically.
4. Choose how renewals are paid. If the old panel had your PayPal saved, you can keep it.
5. Press Finish the move.

Paying for renewals

If you paid the old panel with PayPal, the Move page offers to keep it. Keeping it means you don't sign in at PayPal again, and you can change it any time under Billing, Payment methods. You can also add a card or another PayPal instead.

Finishing

Finishing moves each service here, and we stop the old panel billing it: its invoices there and any PayPal payment set up there. Your first bill here is on the date you had already paid the old panel to, so nobody is billed twice.

Afterwards your servers are under Servers, and what the old panel invoiced before stays under Billing, in Earlier invoices.
